對于日本EPSON晶振這個品牌,不用我多做解釋很多客戶都比較了解了,這幾年EPSON公司專注于各類石英晶體振蕩器的研發,尤其是差分晶振模塊,隨著現在產品要求越來越高,擁有差分輸出的振蕩器,在市場上的供求也愈加增多了.今年10月份,エプソン水晶デバイス日本精工愛普生株式會社正式將SG7050EEN,SG3225EEN,SG7050VEN,SG3225VEN等系列推出,正式商用化.這四個型號都是EPSON公司E系列的SPXO差分晶振產品,以下是這幾款振蕩器的完整介紹以及推薦功能性能.
愛普生晶振E系列SPXO:
超低抖動:500MHz時20fsrms12kHz–20MHz@156.25MHz時50fsrms12kHz–20MHz
頻率范圍:25-500MHz
緊密穩定性:±25ppm-40至+85℃,±50ppm-40至+85℃或±50ppm-40至+105℃
差分輸出:LV-PECL或LVDS
高溫:最高+105ºC
有兩種尺寸:非常小(3.2x2.5)和行業標準(7x5)
愛普生的E系列SPXO專為高性能網絡應用而設計,具有超低抖動,可為高速(40、100、200和400Gbps)光和電接口提供開闊的視野.緊密的穩定性為網絡規格提供了余地,寬廣的溫度范圍使室外設備和不帶風扇的設備成為可能.一個小包裝有助于狹窄的設計.基波振蕩使愛普生的E系列SPXO可靠且功耗低.愛普生(Epson)的E系列SPXO石英晶體振蕩器采用小型封裝,具有超低抖動和緊密的穩定性,適用于數據速率極高的網絡應用.
低抖動:
為了實現超低抖動–在156.25MHz時具有50fsrmsrms抖動–愛普生的E系列SPXO使用HFF(高頻基頻)晶體和由愛普生設計和制造的獨特的低噪聲振蕩器IC.其出色的抖動性能可為高速電氣和光學接口提供出色的眼圖.為了確保復雜設計的一致性能,愛普生E系列SPXO貼片晶振包括一個LDO(低壓降)穩壓器,以保護時鐘不受電源噪聲的影響.
基本水晶優勢:
愛普生晶振(Epson)的E系列SPXO使用HFF(高頻基本頻率)晶體,將基本晶體的可靠振蕩與第三泛音的高頻相結合.愛普生使用光刻MEMS蝕刻工藝來制造具有出色工藝控制能力的倒置臺面,并獲得具有良好機械特性的高頻.
由于EpsonHFF貼片晶振以基本模式振蕩,因此它們不會遭受第三次泛音設計常見的模式跳躍或冷啟動問題.與基于PLL的振蕩器相比,基本振蕩器耗散的功率更少,并且不會產生參考雜散.

穩定性:
愛普生E系列SPXO具有嚴格的頻率穩定性和寬溫度范圍,可在室外設備中運行.制造校準可確保嚴格的穩定性和符合以太網規范的余量.愛普生E系列SPXO貼片晶振具有三個等級:
-40至+85℃(f<200MHz)時為±25ppm
-40至+105℃時為±50ppm(f<200MHz)
-40至+85℃時為±50ppm(200MHz
低功耗:
愛普生E系列SPXO貼片晶振采用+2.5V或+3.3V電源電壓工作.因為沒有鎖相環,電源電流很低,低壓PECL為50毫安,LVDS為15毫安.
