愛普生晶振SG3225EAN差分晶振通過使用PLL技術和AT晶體單元來實現寬頻率范圍,為用戶提供73.5MHZ至700MHZ高頻,可選任一頻點.具有低電流,低電源電壓可達到低值1V,這對于普通貼片晶振而言是做不到的,此款差分晶振的工作電壓范圍在2.5V至3.3V.差分晶振具有LVDS,HCSL和LV-PECL三態輸出功能,愛普生SG3225EAN差分晶振就是具有LV-PECL輸出功能的一款差分石英晶體振蕩器.
SG3225EAN晶振采用3.2x2.5mm封裝,具有6個腳位貼片晶振,耐高溫儲存溫度可達-40℃~+125℃范圍,工作溫度范圍-40℃~85℃.低老化的特點±5x10-6/year Max.差分晶振在產品中使用具有高可靠性.差分晶振的精度值(PPM)可精確到±10PM,±20PM,±30PM,±50PM等.
